Fixtock ("we", "our", or "us") provides business operations and multi-location management tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
To provide our core app functionality, we collect the following information which is linked to a user's identity:
- Contact Information: First Name, (optional Last Name), Email Address, and (optional Phone Number).
- Business & Location Data: Physical worksite and warehouse addresses.
- Identifiers: Unique User IDs used to authenticate your session.
These identifiers are merely for users feedback when using our App. Hence, pseudonym or alias are permitted as well.
We use these data solely for App Functionality, including authenticating users' login, tracking inventory across users' locations, and providing customer support to users. We do not sell, rent, or share users' data with third parties for marketing or tracking purposes.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect business and user information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We use trusted third-party services (such as Firebase for cloud storage and authentication). These providers only access users' data to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use them for any other purpose.
We retain your personal and business data only for as long as an account is active to service operations. Authroized users can also delete entire business data, including employee's infomration, by long-pressing the company profile and following the prompt.
Account Deletion Rights:Users have the right to delete their account at any time (by long-pressing their company profile). Deletion occurs immediately upon requesting account deletion within the App. Users may also contact us at support@fixtock.com, we will permanently delete your personal profile identifiers and associated data from our active databases in compliance with App/Play Store guidelines.
